طريقة إرسال الطلب
- افتح Ludo Sort وسجّل الدخول إلى الحساب المطلوب.
- افتح الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والدعم ← حذف الحساب.
- اقرأ أثر الحذف ثم اختر طلب الحذف وأكّد الطلب.
- احتفظ برقم الطلب الظاهر داخل اللعبة لمتابعة الحالة.
إذا لم يظهر زر الطلب في نسخة تجريبية، فهذا يعني أن مسار الحذف الآمن غير مفعّل في تلك النسخة بعد. لا تحاول حذف البيانات بتغيير الرصيد أو إنشاء حساب بديل. تواصل مع الدعم للاستفسار، وسيظل تفعيل الزر مرتبطًا باجتياز خدمة الحذف لاختبار الإنتاج.
من يمكنه طلب الحذف؟
حساب الضيف والحساب المرتبط بفيسبوك يتبعان المسار نفسه. الجلسة الموثقة داخل اللعبة تثبت السيطرة على الحساب. معرّف اللاعب وحده، إذا أُرسل خارجيًا، ليس إثبات ملكية كافيًا.
ما الذي تشمله العملية؟
بعد التحقق، تستهدف العملية حذف البيانات أو جعلها مجهولة حسب ما ينطبق، وتشمل حساب Unity Authentication وملف Cloud Save والتقدم والإحصاءات والمخزون والأرصدة الافتراضية والعلاقات الاجتماعية وعضوية المباريات والغرف النشطة. تُعالج بيانات Economy والسجلات المشتركة ومراجع المزوّدين ضمن سير عمل منفصل قبل حذف هوية المصادقة أخيرًا.
ماذا قد نحتفظ به؟
قد نحتفظ بأقل قدر لازم من أدلة المعاملات أو مكافحة الاحتيال أو السجلات التي يوجب القانون الاحتفاظ بها، مع تقييد استخدامها ومدة بقائها. قد تبقى نسخ محدودة مؤقتًا في النسخ الاحتياطية إلى أن تدور دورة الحذف الخاصة بالمزوّد. حذف بيانات Ludo Sort لا يحذف حساب فيسبوك أو سجل شراء Apple لدى Apple.
المدة والتأكيد
نؤكد استلام الطلب داخل اللعبة عندما يُحفظ بصورة موثوقة. نهدف لإكمال الطلب الموثّق خلال 30 يومًا؛ وإذا احتجنا مدة إضافية يسمح بها القانون سنوضح السبب والحالة. لا نعتبر تصفير الرصيد أو اختفاء العنصر دليلًا على اكتمال حذف الحساب.
قبل أن تؤكد
قد يكون الحذف نهائيًا ويزيل التقدم والمخزون والعملات الافتراضية والأصدقاء وسجل المباريات. لا يمكن تحويل هذه العناصر إلى حساب آخر بعد اكتمال الحذف.
How to submit
- Open Ludo Sort and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Privacy & Support → Delete Account.
- Review the impact, choose Request deletion, and confirm.
- Keep the request number shown in the game to follow its status.
If the request button is absent in a beta build, the qualified deletion path is not yet enabled in that build. Do not try to delete data by changing a balance or creating another account. Contact support with questions; enabling the button remains conditional on production qualification of the deletion service.
Who can request deletion?
Guest and Facebook-linked accounts use the same process. The authenticated in-game session proves control of the account. A Player ID sent outside the game is not sufficient proof of ownership by itself.
What is included?
After verification, the workflow is designed to delete or anonymize applicable data, including the Unity Authentication account, Cloud Save profile, progression, statistics, inventory, virtual balances, social relationships, and active room or match membership. Economy records, shared references, and provider records are handled in an ordered process before authentication is deleted last.
What may be retained?
We may keep the minimum transaction, anti-fraud, or legally required evidence, with restricted use and retention. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups until a provider's deletion cycle completes. Deleting Ludo Sort data does not delete your Facebook account or Apple's copy of App Store purchase history.
Timing and confirmation
The game confirms when a request has been stored durably. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days; if applicable law permits and more time is needed, we will explain the reason and status. A zero balance or a missing item is not treated as proof that the account was deleted.
Before confirming
Deletion may be permanent and remove progress, inventory, virtual currency, friends, and match history. These items cannot be moved to another account after deletion is complete.
